Clive Sanders LlbA dozen years as a property litigation lawyer has left Clive with the meticulous approach and organisational skills needed to present a really polished training course.
Clive Sanders graduated from Kings College, London in 1987 with an upper second class honours degree in Law. He attended the College of Law in Chancery Lane in 1988 for the Law Society final examination and then qualified as a solicitor in 1990 after completing his traineeship in a City law firm.
During his time as a practicing solicitor, Clive has specialised in all aspects of contentious property work – and some non-contentious work – including building disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, subsidence claims, mediations and repossessions, as well as property insurance work such as recovery actions and policy disputes.
In 2000, he started his own property investment business building up a large portfolio of buy-to-let properties and gaining valuable experience as a landlord and freeholder in all aspects of the property investment business. In 2007, Clive achieved accredited landlord status and was also appointed a landlord and tenant Adjudicator by Dispute Service Limited.
Being both a solicitor and landlord he is in a perfect position to advise fully on buy-to-let.
